Nostro

FOXS provides effective Nostro Management tools to the users. Nostro accounts are automatically updated by FOXS at each new trade and new trading day.

Multi nostro accounts can be set up for each currency. These are available for selection at trade entry. Trades introduced into FOXS via the Reuters Interface module are assigned the correct Nostro accounts through the settlement instructions embedded in the Reuters D2000 dialog with the counter-party. Balances in Nostro accounts can be reconciled with actual Nostro statements. with provisions for adjustments. Entry screens are available for input of fund movements originating outside of Treasury activity.

Inquiries and Reports

Dealers can either monitor the expected net cash flows on-line using the UTOMS screen or by reports. The reports include the following:

• Nostro projections by currency and account
• Account information maintenance Activity report

These reports can be generated for each Nostro account or in each currency. They can either be displayed in summary or in details.
